By accessing or using EzyReply ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access or use the Service. EzyReply is provided by EzyReply Inc., and these terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access the Service.
EzyReply connects to your email account via IMAP/SMTP protocols to read, analyze, and generate draft replies using artificial intelligence. You retain full ownership of your email content and intellectual property. The Service processes your emails temporarily to provide AI-generated draft suggestions, commitment tracking, follow-up reminders, and analytics.
Free plan includes 50 AI generations per month with basic features. Pro plan ($15/month or $150/year) includes unlimited AI generations, voice learning, commitment tracking, and follow-up autopilot. Team plan ($10/user/month, minimum 3 users) includes everything in Pro plus team workspace, shared templates, and draft approvals. All paid plans automatically renew unless canceled. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Annual plans are billed upfront and non-refundable except as required by law.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@ezyreply.com.
You agree not to use EzyReply for sending spam, illegal activities, harassment, distributing malicious content, or violating any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Automated or programmatic access to the Service beyond normal usage patterns is prohibited without explicit written permission.
Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. EzyReply uses AES-256-GCM encryption for stored credentials, TLS for all data in transit, and implements strict data retention policies. We never sell your personal data. Email body content is purged after 90 days, AI analysis after 30 days, and voice edit history after 180 days.
EzyReply is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of EzyReply after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may stop using the Service and cancel your account.
