We collect your email address, name, and email metadata (sender, subject, timestamps) to provide our service. Email body content is processed temporarily by our AI and stored securely for up to 90 days. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Your IMAP/SMTP password is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption — the same standard used by financial institutions. We never store plaintext passwords. We never share your credentials with third parties. Your email credentials are used solely to fetch and send emails on your behalf.
Email content is sent to Anthropic Claude API for analysis and draft generation. No email content is used for model training. Raw AI analysis responses are automatically purged after 30 days. You can request deletion of all AI-processed data at any time from your account settings.
Email body content is automatically purged from our servers after 90 days. AI analysis responses are deleted after 30 days. Voice edit history is retained for 180 days to improve draft quality, then anonymized. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time with a single click from your settings page.
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database hosting), Anthropic (AI processing), Stripe (payment processing), Upstash (Redis caching and rate limiting), Resend (transactional emails), and Sentry (error monitoring — no email content logged). Each service is contractually bound to process data only as instructed by us.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us at privacy@ezyreply.com for data export requests. You can also manage your data directly from your account settings, including downloading your data or initiating full account deletion.
All connections use TLS encryption. We implement rate limiting (per-user and per-IP), input sanitization, security headers (HSTS, X-Frame-Options, XSS protection), and regular security audits. Our database uses Row Level Security to ensure users can only access their own data.
